We are a registered healthcare company committed to providing outstanding quality care in the comfort of your home. We provide services in Haringey, Enfield, Barnet, Islington, Camden and Waltham Forest.

Our service delivery is built around providing persons’ centered care with dignity, respect, and clients’ personal choices.

We provide the relevant information to you and we listen carefully to your concerns and needs to enable you make informed decisions. Our care delivery is scheduled around your preference. We work with you and your family to plan and schedule how to best meet your needs based on your choice. 

Prior to taking on the contract to support you with your care and all activities of daily, we make sure we will be able to meet your needs. Hence we will have to carry out an assessment of your needs to be able to plan your care. We are flexible and we respond to changes promptly and your care will not be compromised.

Our Aim

We aim to offer skilled care to enable people supported by us to achieve optimum state of health and well-being. We treat all people supported by us and all people who work here with respect at all times. We maintain the human and citizenship rights of all our staff and our Service Users and their relatives. 

We will support your choice and personal decision-making. We respect and encourage your right of independence of all Service Users. We recognise the individual uniqueness of Service Users, staff and visitors, and treat them with dignity and respect at all times. We will your confidentiality at all times and treat all information relating to you with utmost level of confidentiality. 

We are aware of the individual needs for personal self-actualization and offer individualised programs of meaningful activity to satisfy that need. Allocated staff to support you will be chosen in order to match their skills with your need.

We work closely with other professionals of the multidisciplinary team in the community to meet your needs we liaise with the Next Of Kin (NOK) pharmacist, the GP, physiotherapist, speech and language therapist, dietician, community matrons, the hospital discharge team, the social workers, the community psychiatric nurses, the McMillian nurses, the admiral nurses and other specialist nurses, the Independent Mental Capacity Assessor (IMCA) and your Faith representative as the case may be.
